The development and expansion of UX skills is essential for successful digital transformation. Through our CPUX-F seminars, conducted in English, we train UX professionals according to the established UXQB® standard. The “UXQB® Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience – Foundation Level (CPUX-F)” certificate teaches the basics of usability and user experience.
eresult has been a recognised training provider of the UXQB® since 2015. Our training courses are optimised and didactically prepared based on years of experience.
We impart valuable basic knowledge about human centred design (HCD) and UX methods. The methods are tried out through individual practical exercises. In this way, participants lose their fear of contact and build up the necessary application expertise. A mock exam prepares you ideally for the certification exam.
We start from 0. The basics and the idea of HCD are taught as well as the necessity and added value for digital product development.
We analyse all facets of the usage context and which methods can be used to determine them. From this, we derive user needs and usage requirements.
Armed with the UX/UI basics, we create an initial design solution in the form of a low-fidelity prototype.
You will learn how to evaluate prototypes or finished products using various methods, e.g. UX tests or heuristic evaluation.
Theoretical and practical examinations are conducted individually. You can take these as a remote exam on your preferred date.
Our participants pass the exam with an above-average success rate of almost 90% – the national average in Germany is around 80%.
The content is based on the UXQB curriculum and ISO 9241, and the specialist knowledge imparted is correspondingly in-depth.
We concentrate on the application of HCD methodologies. Varied practical exercises are an integral part of the training.

The UXQB® certification training courses listed below are offered in German. These courses aim to set a uniform standard in the UX language and emphasize the basic application of individual methods of human-centred design. Our advanced courses allow you to specialise in all phases of HCD or to build up know-how and skills in the field of UX.
„Essentials in UX and HCD Management“ focuses on basic management terms and concepts in the field of user experience (UX) and user-centred design (UCD).
The advanced level „User Requirements Engineering“ certifies knowledge of the methods and theory of requirements analysis with a focus on users.
In the advanced course „Designing Solutions“ you will learn how to design user-centred user interfaces, take the necessary specifications into account and systematically improve them through targeted evaluations.
The advanced seminar „Usability Testing and Evaluation“ focusses on the planning, implementation and documentation of quantitative and qualitative user surveys, as well as usability tests with users.
For everyone involved in the design of user interfaces, e.g. product managers, product owners, user interface designers, software engineers, project managers, quality managers, business analysts, UX designers, UX researchers.
There are no admission requirements.
Previous knowledge in the field of UX is not necessary (but helpful).
Participation in an open training course costs 990,- € plus VAT and an examination fee of 300,- €.

The exam will be conducted remotely at a time of your choosing. The exam takes approximately 90 minutes. You have the option to take it immediately after the final day of the seminar or to schedule an individual appointment. If you wish to take the exam immediately after the final seminar day, you must register for the exam no later than two days before the seminar begins. Further information on registration and the exam will be provided in advance and during the seminar.
